Portfolio Manager required - Large Inner City Agency.
Are you an experienced port folio manager, looking to further your career by working for a well established boutique inner city agency?
We are looking for an experienced portfolio manager, to join our friendly team in our St Kilda Road office. You will be reporting to an experienced branch manager, with over 10 years experience. This is a great opportunity to further your experience and knowledge of the industry, whilst working for a well established company.
Tasks and responsibilities for this role include:
- Following up on arrears
- Responding to leasing enquiries
- Dealing with maintenance requests
- Complete ingoing/outgoing condition reports
- Handle general correspondence
- Conducting OFI's
- Conduct routine inspections
- Complete rent reviews
- VCAT
- Complete lease documentation for new tenancies
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- Great time management skills
- Displays a high level of customer service
- Organised
- High standard of personal presentation, well spoken and a polite manner.
It is essential that the successful applicant has a reliable car, drivers licence and has completed their agents rep certificate.
