I hereby offer to rent the property from the owner under a lease to be prepared by the Agent. Should this application be accepted by the owner I agree to enter into a Residential Tenancies Agreement pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

I acknowledge that this application is subject to the approval of the owner. I declare that all information contained in this application (including the reverse side) is true and correct and given of my own free will. I declare that I am not bankrupt.

I authorise the Agent to obtain details of my creditworthiness from:
(a) the owner or the Agent of my current or previous residence;
(b) my personal referees;
(c) any record, listing or database of defaults by tenants;
If I default under a rental agreement, the Agent may disclose details of any such default to any person whom the Agent reasonably considers has an interest in receiving such information.

I am also aware that you will collect my personal information to
(a) prepare lease/tenancy documents
(b) allow organisations/tradespeople to contact you
(c) lodge/claim/transfer to/from the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority
(d) refer to Tribunals/Courts & Statutory Authorities (where applicable)
(e) refer to collection agents/lawyers (where applicable)
(f) complete a credit check with NTD (National Tenancies Database) Tel: 1300 563 826 or any other person/organisation deemed necessary

If your information is not provided to us and this form is not signed and completed in full we can not process your application. If you do not consent to the uses to which we put your personal information, we cannot properly assess the risk to our client, or carry out our duties as professional property managers. Consequently, we then cannot provide you with the lease/tenancy of the premises.

(g) I understand pets are not permitted unless prior authorisation obtained.

(h) We acknowledge that I/we have inspected the premises and I/we accept the property in the current condition as inspected.

We require two separate payments for Rent and Bond in the form of a BANK CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER.

1. FIRST RENT PAYMENT - Made payable to DINGLE PARTNERS PTY LTD TRUST ACCOUNT. Subsequent rent payments can be made by Direct Debit or Internet Transfer or by cheque payment to 39 Queen Street, Melbourne.

2. BOND PAYMENT – Made payable to RTBA. The bond is equivalent to one calendar months rent for properties up to $350 pwk rental. For properties of $351 pwk rental or more, the bond is equivalent to SIX (6) weeks rental.

3. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY DINGLE ARTNERS OFFICE FOR PAYMENT OF RENT OR BOND.

4. APPLICATION APPROVAL If your application is successful you will be required to sign the lease and pay the first months rent and bond within 24 hours of receiving approval.
