I hereby offer to rent the property from the owner under a lease to be prepared by the Agent. Should this application be accepted by the owner I agree to enter into a Residential Tenancies Agreement pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

I authorise the Agent to obtain details of my creditworthiness from:

If I default under a rental agreement, the Agent may disclose details of any such default to any person whom the Agent reasonably considers has an interest in receiving such information.

If your information is not provided to us and this form is not signed and completed in full we can not process your application. If you do not consent to the uses to which we put your personal information, we cannot properly assess the risk to our client, or carry out our duties as professional property managers. Consequently, we then cannot provide you with the lease/tenancy of the premises.
(g) I understand pets are not permitted unless prior authorisation obtained.

L. PLEASE NOTE
We require two separate payments for Rent and Bond in the form of a BANK CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER.
1. FIRST RENT PAYMENT - Made payable to DINGLE PARTNERS PTY LTD TRUST ACCOUNT. Subsequent rent payments can be made by Direct Debit or Internet Transfer or by cheque payment to 39 Queen Street, Melbourne.
2. BOND PAYMENT – Made payable to RTBA. The bond is equivalent to one calendar months rent for properties up to $350 pwk rental. For properties of $351 pwk rental or more, the bond is equivalent to SIX (6) weeks rental.
3. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY DINGLE ARTNERS OFFICE FOR PAYMENT OF RENT OR BOND.
4. APPLICATION APPROVAL If your application is successful you will be required to sign the lease and pay the first months rent and bond within 24 hours of receiving approval.
