She is 2nd generation Licensed Real Estate Agent and the love of helping people achieve their dreams is in my blood as she has followed her father’s door steps in the family business.
She challenged herself and learnt all aspects of real estate from trust accounting, business development, property management, sales & body corporate. As Clementina believes that it is beneficial to have a comprehensive understanding all areas of the Real Estate industry that will assist in her ability to service the client’s needs.
Clementina had run a successful boutique Property Management agency in the inner North West for over 15 years. She has worked in large and small real estate agencies and successfully transferred her knowledge and skills.
Her passion is driven by the success provided to her clients and the longstanding business relationships that have grown as a result, some continuing over 20 years. The loyalty shown to her clients are reciprocated; which is a testament to ability to succeed.
Her commitment to women in Real Estate is validated by her involvement with REIV as an Accredited Trainer & current member of the Property Management committee; which has been at the forefront of the proposed Residential Tenancy Laws.
Her love continues as the Branch Manager.
