Tanjila Tabassum is a professional responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. She is currently working alongside the Operations Manager and other team members, to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the property management department. Tanjila has completed her masters in accounting, whilst working full time as a trust accountant, in a reputable real estate agency, prior to joining Dingle Partners.

She is highly organised, with an eye for detail, and has extensive knowledge of the operational side of the business.
Alongside her strong accounting background, she ensures the smooth daily operations of the business by problem-solving and looking after financial reporting for the business. She also collaborates with the Operations Rental Manager to develop property management strategies, where she puts her multitasking abilities to good use. She is proficient in using rental management software and systems to ensure accuracy. She has a strong ability to work well under pressure and meet rental deadlines.
