The Dingle Promise
Maintenance within 24 hours: Log and assess maintenance.
Payments within 1 business day: Disburse cleared, available rental income under your agreed payment arrangements.
Compliance reminders at least 14 days ahead: Track recorded deadlines and coordinate required checks.
Renewal advice 120 days before expiry: Confirm renter intentions and recommend your next steps.
Routine inspections every 6 months: Detailed report within 2 business days. First inspection after 3 months.
Market rent review every 12 months: Evidence-based recommendations based on the current market.
And if we break our promise?
Tell us. We have five business days to put it right. If we don’t, Malcolm Dingle gets tattooed.
The Dingle Promise applies to new and existing Dingle Partners property management clients between [START DATE] and [END DATE].

“Put it right” means Dingle Partners taking reasonable and appropriate action to address the missed promise within five business days, having regard to the nature and circumstances of the missed promise.
If we don’t put it right within five business days, Malcolm Dingle gets one permanent tattoo mark tattooed on his arm.
The Dingle Promise does not apply where Dingle Partners is prevented from delivering by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control, including access restrictions or delays caused by an owner or tenant.
If there is a genuine dispute about whether a promise was missed or put right, the matter will be referred to [INDEPENDENT REVIEWER] for determination.
