With over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, Andrea brings a wealth of experience to the Southbank team, and understanding of property management, client services, and team leadership.

Currently based in our Southbank office,  she specializes in managing local apartments, prior to returning to property management with Dingle Partners, she was a business development team manager developing strategies to grow property portfolios, implementing structural changes to the property management department, assisting the sales team and training junior PM staff.  She understands the importance of building strong client relationships, enjoys studying the ever-changing tenancy legislation, and making the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both landlords and tenants throughout their tenancies.  This combination of hands-on management and leadership experience allows her to successfully navigate the fast-paced Southbank market with confidence and care.
